1. I absolutely love your crazy story. You have a cool art style and you can really make a visually compelling game without a lot of effort.
2. You have to pay attention that the game doesn't feel too frustrating and only challenging. Possible sources of frustration are the controls and too much randomness (e.g. by camera movements).
3. I remember one of you mentioned Mario Party on the N64: I think there you didn't have to control the acceleration or braking while drawing the figure. It might be worthwhile to experiment with a fixed car speed in order to simplify the controls.

1. Fun-tastic idea and a great story. Drawing with cars can be super crazy and fun in a party.
2. Need to have a bit more clarity on how and what objects can be used for drawing. Do they always have to draw the same thing everytime the camera stops or will they be different? Also, how the camera moves is not very clear.
3. I believe your concept was to move camera randomly around different places of storyboard, but may be you can have a linear flow where each player tries to complete his story.

1. I really like the story of your game - it is very creative and it sounds like a fun and also novel idea.
2. While the concept of drawing shapes sounds good, it might be really difficult for a player to achieve it with the controller (you already mentioned that in your draft). If the shapes are not drawn very well or only as a rough outline, then the machting might be difficult or wrong, which then again might frustrate the player. It would probably be good to use simple or easily distinguishable shapes.
3. Besides the difficulty of drawing, random change in velocity of the camera will also increase the difficulty - maybe even to a level where the game is not well playable any more. While the idea of the random velocity change of the camera fits very well with the story of the drunken dream maker, the random sneezing events might already account for enough "randomness" in the game...
